with Property Management or leasing of Industrial & Comercial space along with the
high level maintenance & upkeep of the buildings themselves. Currently we hold over 300.000 sq. ft. of multi-unit and free-standing buildings and have approximately 90 tenants. Our units vary in size from a 500 sq. ft. office to a 45,000 sq. ft. industrial building. We also have over 135 acres of vacant land in four different parcels, several residential houses and even a church. The majority of these properties are located in Region of Durham which is outside of Toronto, Ontario Canada, although we do have holdings in the town of Markham, Bowmanville, Cobourg and as far west as our commercial buildings in Canmore, Alberta. |
